Return Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless item is defective).

- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item shipped
Not Accepted
- Washed or used items
- Items without original tags
- Custom embroidery orders
- Sale / discounted items
Custom name embroidery is final sale and cannot be returned.
