Return Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless item is defective).

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unused items with tags
  • Wrong size received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item shipped

Not Accepted

  • Washed or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom embroidery orders
  • Sale / discounted items
Custom name embroidery is final sale and cannot be returned.
