All orders over 400 SAR within Saudi Arabia ship free — no code needed.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom embroidery orders may require an additional 1–2 days.
- You'll receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp once processed.
- Orders are shipped Saturday – Thursday (Friday is off).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. For any updates, contact us directly.
International Orders
- International orders ship to GCC countries and worldwide.
- Shipping cost is 50 SAR for all international destinations.
- Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country.
